At the MIT Sloan School of Management, John Carrier teaches system dynamics as a senior lecturer. Carrier acts as an on-site coach to support projects and trains senior management on how to improve business and production processes. His research focuses on new business development and strategic marketing in the service, specialty chemical, and high technology sectors. Carrier has worked in a range of corporate, entrepreneurial, and consultancy settings for over 15 years. He has been employed at Arsenal Capital Partners since 2006 as the director of Six Sigma, where he is in charge of boosting the valuation of portfolio firms by modifying and implementing Six Sigma methods in midsize businesses. In addition, Carrier manages financial analysis and improvement, post-merger integrations, and due diligence. Prior to joining Arsenal Capital Partners, he was employed by Grace Construction Products; Bain & Company, Inc.; and SuperCool LLC.
