A distinguished researcher and speaker, Stephanie L. Woerner is the Director of MIT CISR and Principal Research Scientist at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She is also a coauthor of Future Ready: The Four Pathways to Capturing Digital Value and What's Your Digital Business Model?  Harvard Business Review Press also published Six Questions to Help You Build the Next-Generation Enterprise.

Stephanie investigates how businesses use data and technology to develop more successful business models, as well as how they handle the ensuing organizational transformation and its consequences for strategy and governance.  Measuring difficult-to-assess digital parameters and connecting them to business performance is her passion.

Stephanie has moderated several panels, including one for the Federal Reserve on the future of financial services, and spoke and conducted workshops for the boards and upper management teams of major international corporations. She has also served as a subject matter expert for The Wall Street Journal's CEO Council.
