He has authored three award-winning books, including Leading Digital: Turning Technology Into Business Transformation, during his more than two decades at the MIT Sloan School of Management. George is a trailblazing scholar in the field of digital transformation, with articles published in prestigious journals such as Sloan Management Review and Harvard Business Review. Through the GOI and various research partnerships, he is currently concentrating on assisting businesses, educators, and other organizations in rethinking the workforce learning process globally.
