The EU Data Act: A meeting point for innovation and data protection. What experts in privacy need to know. We examined the major focuses of the law and its overall goals, as well as the services and goods that are most likely to be impacted, the distinction between "personal" and "non-personal" data, the practical difficulties that may result from doing so, and the growing concerns regarding potential inconsistencies between the Data Act and GDPR.
