Michael Skok
At the age of 15, Michael launched his first software company by creating the HP 65, the first programmable calculator in history. Over the course of the next 21 years, he created companies that advanced both himself and their respective industries, such as Enterprise Big Data & Analytics (AlphaBlox, bought by IBM), and Security & Consumer Products (Symantec UK, NASDAQ:SYMC). Then, with the same passion he had for business, he turned his attention to the field of venture investment, joining North Bridge Venture Partners and guiding it in innovative and interesting ways. Through it all, he developed, collaborated with, and invested in startups, which resulted in the creation of thousands of jobs and value worth billions of dollars. In order to support founders in building enduring businesses through the power of community, Michael co-founded Underscore VC in 2015.
